General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Daniel Srutek, self-employed physiotherapist, Mariannengasse 27/2, 1090 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as "physiotherapist") to his patients.

2. Services

The physiotherapist provides physiotherapy services in accordance with the applicable professional regulations in Austria, in particular the MTD Act, as amended from time to time. Treatment is carried out after individual assessment and taking into account the patient's current state of health.

3. Appointment scheduling and cancellation

Scheduled appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the physiotherapist reserves the right to charge the full fee for the appointment.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are based on the physiotherapist's current price list. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after treatment, either in cash or by card. Reimbursement by social security providers is the responsibility of the patient.

5. Patients' duty to cooperate

Patients are obligated to truthfully disclose all health information relevant to their treatment and to follow the instructions of the physiotherapist. Failure to provide information or providing incomplete information may impair the success of the treatment.

6. Liability

The physiotherapist is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the patient.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Austrian data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy .

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
